Ready-to-wear: processing takes between 2 to 5 business days.

Custom orders:* creation and processing takes 4-6 weeks.

Shipping

Shipping within the USA is a flat rate of $29.99 for each felt hat. This rate includes a fully insured package with a direct signature required at time of delivery to ensure your hat arrives safely. Each hat is shipped in a large hat box, to protect the shape of your hat.  We offer domestic shipping as well as international shipping.

Holidays

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping

US and Canada standard shipping time is 5-7 days based on your location.  You will be provided with tracking number.

International Shipping

Tracking a Package

Shipping information will be emailed including tracking numbers.

Service Delays

Crimzon.Co is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.

Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

In the case that the courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Crimzon.Co and/or inland is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

Will i be charged shipping for a return or a tune up?

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping and we recommend purchasing delivery confirmation or tracking. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Crimzon.Co is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.

Returns for International Orders

Please email us at [email protected] with your request. International orders are orders shipped to countries other than the US.

All international orders are subject to the 14 business day shipping window.

*Custom Orders

Please allow 4-6 weeks for fulfillment on custom orders (styles not shown on website). The length of time depends on availability of materials, also the amount of items on your order. We know you can’t wait to style our hat, so we aim to get working on your order as soon as possible, much sooner than the 4 weeks.

Returns

Our hats have a three month warranty on materials and workmanship, but the warranty does not cover wear and tear.

We do not accept returns since the pieces are made by order to specific size. However, we will refund your purchase if cancelled within 24 hrs of placing the order.

Returns & Exchanges

SALES OF HATS ARE FINAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE ON THE SITE OTHER NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE.

Refund Policy

Crimzon.Co offers no refunds on hats or headwear. Other items may be exchanged only for a different size and/or color of the same body type, provided the following conditions are met, and subject to product availability:

You may only exchange an unused item (excludes hats and headwear);

You may only exchange an item that Crimzon.Co deems eligible for exchange based on the circumstances;

You may only submit one exchange request per product; and

Must meet all of the conditions required under Section 1 hereof.
